• Replaced the $3,000 QNX desktop PC and its PCI DAQ cards with a custom $300 board, a 10x cost reduction.
• Ported the firmware off a legacy QNX real-time machine and its PCI DAQ onto an STM32H7 (ARM Cortex-M).

• Exported to ONNX and ran at ~5 ms per 640×640 frame on a Jetson; evaluated quantization for edge use.
