• Replaced the $3,000 QNX desktop PC and its PCI DAQ cards with a custom $300 board, a 10x cost reduction.
• Ported the servo loop firmware from QNX real time OS to the STM32H7 under a 15 µs latency budget.
• Wrote a driver exposing the MLHI haptics API to SOFA to run open source haptic force feedback simulations.
